How can HDF images be created?
Some Amiga tool?

You can use WinUAE :



In the "CD & Hard Drives" section, clic on the "Add Hardfile..." button and use the "New hard disk image" to create your hard drive file.

Only with WinUAE?
 

I'm working on Android only...
I know WinUAE is the most capable UAE...
I have for Android UAE4ALL2 and UAE4ARM. UAE4ARM HAS this feature but creates bullshit-HDFs which are broken/unusable.
I could use Amiga tools and use them on an my Android Amiga emulator, but I don't think there's one Amiga based tool that produces these virtual HDFs...
