Do you all remember when you first saw MAME? I know it`s not that old but I remember how shocked I was when I saw Samurai Shodown 2 on the PC ! I was stunned. I knew about CPS 1 emulator CALLUS but when I saw MAME it was a shock. I don`t remember the verison but the year was 1998 and I`ve just got my P2 266 with AWE 64 sound , Intel740 video card , 6 GB Fireball HDD and the remarkable for the year 32 SD RAM. Good old days...
I`d really want to see the first verison of the emulators, like an emulator museum. Callus, MAME32
NeoRAGEx, NesTCL and ZSNES .... Oh it was the golden ages of my pc

You mean, some sort of archive containing the first versions of well-known emulators ? Personal opinion : it's of little interest. These first releases are always buggy and hardly run ONE single game.
