How To set Macro on mame UI If possible!

Hi guys ! Somebody know if is it possible to set some Macro on mame ?
I mean to set three buttons in only one ! For example i some game like street fighter the three punch button together in only one ! This could be usefull for game pad with only four button lay-up! for example ps4 or xbox.

I have never heard about such a feature in MAME, except assigning more than one button to the same key. But no sequences.

Here is the latest free Xpadder version (you can find newer, but you have to buy a licence then): http://www.planetemu.net/temp/xpadder_v5.3.exe . Just be sure to set it to Windows XP compatibility with Windows Vista or above.

More than sequences, i need to assign in one button the pression of three buttons ! One button pressed instead of three that i do not have on my pad. (it is like xbox controller)

If you only need to press several buttons at once, you can do it only with MAME.

As previously said, you can assign several keys for one button. But you can as well assign one key for several buttons.
Ex:

MAME                       XBox Controller
Button 1                   X, R
Button 2                   Y, R
Button 3                   A, R

Using R will push Buttons 1, 2, 3 at once. But you can still push them individually with X, Y, A.

I tried yesterday to assign three button in one (for example three punch in one time ) on street fighter alpha two but it doesn't work!
Also the game presents only six button to choose for six attack ! maybe i would need another option to set the three button together?

Finally i made it and thanks to your explanation now i am able to do some level 3 moves in certain games !
