Hi, I think this game is too recent to obtain it with a legal download (2001).
I just found a test of this game here : http://www.gamenationtv.com/reviews/timetraveler.shtml

And i suppose that you want the PS2 game, but it is forbidden here to ask games which are either too recent or released for PS2, X-Box, Gamecube, GBA....

What I read about this game is this :
This is a Laser disc video game, pretty like Dragon Lair or Space Ace, which iwas release in 1991.
A conversion was made for Playstation 2, DVD, and PC in 2000
You can probably download the Laser disc video game version on peer to peep like emule, but for the conversions, we can't help you, because it is a little bit too recent.
