Where to download Mame without including Mess?

I hope you are fine! I do not speak the french. I know that is impolite, but I would ask you to understand and bear with me.

Pls, I would like to know where I can download MAME (0.185) and MESS (0.185) separately & independently. That is, MAME without including MESS and vice versa.

Unless you want command line versions, ARCADE (based on MAMEUIFX) is arcade machines only and MESS/MESSUI are non arcade machines only.
As you want older versions (current is v0.187), you can find them here:
