ePSXe Cool Interface new

Mauros m'a envoyé un mail concernant le developement de ePSXe Cool Interface (ePSXeCI)
Voici ce qu'il me dit.

I´m working again on a new ePSXe CI version which will be totally customizable, ePSXe menus, buttons and pics now could be customized. I will include predefined skins that will be Win9x Interface, WinXP Interface and MAC Interface means that using Win9X your ePSXe will look like a ePSXe in XP or MAC! Support for command line is planned, also better intelligent menus and loads of features will be added. I haven´t a release date yet.

-Meka 0.63b

La nouvelle version de Meka l'emulateur master system est sortie.

- [Windows] Disabled access to hardware YM-2413 emulation using OPL
under Windows 2000 and XP, avoiding crashes in certain cases.
- Removed rare PSG debugging messages that were accidentally left.
- Fixed timing of the {LD,CP,IN,OT}[ID]R transfer/comparaison Z80 opcodes,
which were made too slow by 8 cycles in version 0.63.
"The Castle" (SG-1000) was affected.
- Fixed Sega Keyboard mapping for the "Yen" key on Japanese keyboard
(untested). Note that the mapping for certain specials keys seems not
to be right yet using the Windows version.
- Performed some minor calling optimizations.
- Updated Dutch, Deutsch, Italian, Spanish and Swedish translations
with missing messages. (Thanks to their respective mainteners!)

La rubrique OST a également été supprimée du fait que celles ci étaient hébergées sur ses comptes.

Added the `sdl' system which uses the libSDL graphics library. This system enable the use of the program in a Window Manager. But it isn't a good choice for a fullscreen use of the program because it can't generate `perfect' video mode.
Added the HOST_SYSTEM section in the makefile.
Added the `windows' target in the Makefile. It use the `sdl' system.
Added the `device_sdl_fullscreen' option to force the use of a fullscreen mode with the SDL library.
Readded the basic `vbe' driver.
Added the MMX detection in the linux and windows targets. Previously the MMX presence was assumed.
Splitted the `input_map[,trak]' option in the input_map[,trakx] and `input_map[,traky]' options. Now you can assign different axes from different mouses.
The `input_map[]' option now supports multiple input sources and eventually allow to negate them.
Renamed the option `misc_language' to `misc_languagefile'.
Fixed the saving of the cheats.
Documented the various `misc_*file' options.
Removed the `zmng' utility from the contrib dir. It's now included in the AdvanceSCAN package.
Renamed the `input_safeexit' option to `misc_safequit' and added the options `misc_safequitdebug' and `misc_safequitfile'. The SafeQuit is now enabled by default.
Revised the output format of all the documentation. Now it's available as formatted text, html and man pages.
Fixed an overflow bug on the aspect computation. It prevented "Elevator Action" to run.
Fixed the "Division by Zero" crash bug with the Rage128 board in the DOS svgaline driver.
Upgraded at the SVGALIB 1.9.16 library.
Readded the `-playback' and `-record' command line options.
Added a `./configure' script in all the Linux distributions.
Fixed the detection of the screen resize keys in the advcfg and advv utility in the Linux platform. The keys are now changed to 'i' and 'k'.
Added the options `device_video_8bit', `device_video_15bit', `device_video_16bit', `device_video_32bit' to selectively disable some bit depths on the video drivers.
Fixed the colors on the snapshots of games with a 32 color depth.
Various fix at the `advcfg' utility.

- Fixed "Gals Fighters", thanks to Judge for helping with that one!
- The code is now fully GCC compatible without changes (I hope!).
- Fixed the default colour mode of "Neo-Neo! V1.0 (PD)".
- Added support for link-up bios calls.
- Removed frameskipping, makes NeoPop FASTER for most people.
- Fixed a crashing bug that occurs at the end of "Card Fighters",
thanks to "Mark Ostasiuk Jr" for the saved states.
- Fixed some inconsequential CPU bugs.

- Added link-up support using TCP/IP. Many games seem to work a little.
Unfortunately many games aren't very tolerant of bad connections.
Note: the TCP/IP connection itself is persistant and will only
break when you exit or use the disconnect option in the link-up dialog.
So you can change games at will, without breaking the connection.

- Also added full-screen mode, use 'Esc'/ Alt-Enter to toggle.

- Right click the window to get the recent files as a popup.
- Changing or adding a new joystick is now detected while running.
Open the "Controls" dialog to detect the new configuration.
- Deactivated 'auto-pause' to make link-up testing easier.
- Fixed language patching for dialogs.
- Changed the format of the language files and added extra tags.
There is currently no translation support for the link-up menu as
it is still subject to change.
