If I remember well:
In this game there was a starship where there were people (perhaps anime Style).
A new planet was born, so this people had to look at it, and i remember there was a loading such as Civilization during the loading of creating world.
And on the planet people were uncivilized and at the beginning they were starting walking on a snow field....but you weren't allowed to move them.

Je cherche une rom pour SNES,
un ami me prêta le romset SNES et je trouvai un rom
dans lequel nous étions sur une astronef et nous devions surveiller un monde qu'on allait développant, et nous pouvions nous envoyer etc contre tremblements de terre peut-être,......
