Faut que tu ouvres ton fichier Data/mugen.cfg avec un éditeur de textes (style bloc-notes).
Ensuite, faut trouver la partie qui commence par "[Video]".

Ensuite, faut essayer de modifier les paramètres en rouge :
Width = 640
Height = 480
Stretch = 1
DoubleRes = 0
Vesamode = là, faut essayer les différents paramètres parmi ceux proposés (1, Linear, Banked, 3) pour essayer de trouver celui qui marche le mieux.
Une fois que tu as trouvé le bon Vesamode (si tu le trouves...), tu peux essayer les autres paramètres pour le DoubleRes, afin d'obtenir une meilleure qualité d'image.
Si ça ne marche pas : vérifie que tu as les derniers drivers pour ta carte graphique.
De façon générale, Mugen + XP, ça ne marche pas toujours, malheureusement.
Si en plus, tu as une ATI Radeon en carte graphique, c'est encore pire.
